This course consists three parts; the online assessment, log sheets and 2 assignments and will provide theoretical knowledge and skills needed in order for dental nurses to competently take Dental Impressions and Cast Study Models of patients under the prescription of the dentist, the practical skills will need to be undertaken in your dental practice.
You will understand the correct way to take impressions in alginate and other materials. The casting up of impressions is also included so you can consider making bleaching trays/bite guards to save the practice money.
